Canyon Live at The Chameleon Club

November 19, 2013

If you haven't had the pleasure of hearing Canyon perform live, let us be the first to ask, "What are you waiting for?"  Saturday night provides a fantastic opportunity to witness an amazingly talented singer/songwriter perform on a historic stage in downtown Lancaster.

The Chameleon Club is hosting Canyon, and it is something you truly won't want to miss.  We've had the opportunity to hang out with this incredibly gifted musician over the past 3 years.  Her sound is undeniably engaging as it combines a strong, beautiful voice with her inate ability to deliver meaningful lyrics that connect with her audience.  Her natural blend of charm and charisma has won audiences over throughout the northeast, including Lancaster.

Recently, Canyon has been recording her newest EP in Lancaster and we can't wait to hear what the album has to offer.  The Chameleon Club is in for a performance everyone will be talking about.

Lancaster Dispensing Company - February Bar of the Month

February 2013

What's not to love about DipCo - Great food, great entertainment, and a great beer selection.  Since 1978, DipCo  has wowed its patrons with its affordable menu options, its commitment to local music and art, and its extensive beer selection.  DipCo's historic location adds to the Victorian style atmosphere and makes it a must see in downtown Lancaster.

DipCo consistently offers a wide variety of mouthwatering menu items that feature the freshest ingredients.  We recommend any of the sandwiches.  If we were held against our will and had to make a decision...it would be extremely difficult (Seriously...they're THAT good).  Our favorites are the Reuben (Old or New Style) and the Dagwood, for those with a gigantic appetite.

Beyond the food, DipCo is known and respected for its beer selection.   Four of their seven draft beers rotate regularly and provide a nice change of pace as the seasons change.  Coupled with the rotating taps, DipCo maintains a "vast and diverse" selection of bottled beers that will satisfy the curiosities of any beer lover.

And if the food and drink aren't enough to get you to stop by, DipCo features live music each and every Friday and Saturday.  The lineup regularly changes and is representative of the local music culture of Lancaster.

Lancaster Dispensing Company is the real deal and a key hot spot for you in Lancaster2nite.

Adam Blessing Music

February 2012

Lancaster music fans are set up for a great week of live music. One of Lancaster2nite.com's favorite musicians takes the stage twice this week. Adam Blessing takes his sound (imagine if Sting and Bono had an illegitimate love child) to McCleary's Pub in Marietta tomorrow night (Feb. 8) and Annie Bailey's Irish Pub this coming Saturday night (Feb. 11). If you have yet to hear Adam perform live, mark him down as a must hear. The first time we heard him (probably at Annie Bailey's) we thought Sting made an appearance to sing "If I Ever Lose My Faith In You." No bullshit...This dude is legit. Plus he does it for all the right reasons. Blessing is a passionate guy who entertains his audience with a broad spectrum of covers. He'll take your requests (May we recommend The Band's - The Weight) and he'll kill them, in a good way. Follow him on Twitter - @blessingmusik and check out Adam's website for more information on another talented Lancaster musician. Look for more featured Lancaster musicians at Lancaster2nite.
